  • I like to lay my workout clothes out in the bathroom. The first thing I do is go the bathroom and brush my teeth. So, as soon as I see them I change. Once my clothes are on my mind set changes. It's like the clothes begin to pump me up and ready my head and body for my workout.

  • Ok thank you for the good ideas. I am just trying to maintain, give or take 2-3 pounds. I think I will still use what fitbit says and only enter the calories from the heart rate monitor for biking, strength training, and kickboxing.
