Working Out after Surgery

I just had knee surgery, like yesturday. I can not walk on my leg for the next month. So I am on crutches till then. I can swim in the pool afer the two week point, which I plan to do. However up until then I want to focus on my upper body and abs.
Does any one know of any videos or have any good routines that I could do sitting in a chair or on the floor. I am looking for some new ideas other than the basic bicep curl or crunch. By the way, I can only bend my knee slightly.
Thank You!!

Boxing/punches - it will get your heart rate up! If you have a Wii, boxing or tennis will probably help keep you from getting too bored.
Good luck on your recovery!0 -
