So I am starting Insanity on Monday. (WISH ME LUCK! lol!) My question is, how do I log that? Would I put it as calisthenics? Just wondering how you guys log this type of activity. Thanks for the help.

I hate exercising. I am so lazy lol I will eat what I am supposed to and drink all the water my stomach can handle, but I can't seem to get in a routine of exercising.
