I wanted to try Insanity also. I thought the first few sessions were cardio which helps with losing fat. I am hesitant myself as well but it's a video, if you need a break you can take one and even pause the session. I think we can do this lol Good luck!

I do this as well. I drink a Slimfast shake for breakfast and lunch. I also eat some healthy snacks in the middle. Like yogurt or fruit. Then for dinner I cook for my family and rather than feeling bad about eating whatever, I know I did good through out the day. Plus I eat smaller portions of dinner. Good luck and do what…

When my fat pants became too tight. I've been wishy washy about losing weight and dieting for about 2 years. We will be celebrating my son's 2nd bday this February and I'm DONE carrying around this baby fat when I have a TODDLER! lol

actually...im loving this lol I have already added a few people off this thread that are in the same boat as me. Its interesting how some ppl can weigh less but wear bigger size clothes and vice versa.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 166 right now. I started this journey around 181 lbs after my pregnancy. Sounds like I'm doing good but my son is a year now :/ I started this journey when he was about 4 months old. 15lbs in 8 months isn't what I call a success. 150 lbs would get me at my pre-pregnancy weight but I'd LOVE to be 130. idk…

Some gyms let you pay a small fee to use their facilities for the day. On days you feel like you need some interaction you could pay the small difference. I believe gold's is $15 a day? my fiance PURPOSELY (even tho he swears it accidental) switches the babys bottles. they have colored tops and bottoms and i take them apart to clean them. when he makes a bottle he takes the time to put together the blues and whites and light blues and dark blues. he wont ever put bottles together right/right color

i try to eat fruit. usually a banana cuz theyre so tasty :) apples are a good way to get the day started too. they wake me up big time

im not breastfeeding. it didnt work for me. i wouldve loooved too tho! i just need to find the energy to get out n about. my little bit of free time is spent making baby laugh lol
