  • I am so in awe that you have seen such amazing results only from walking! I try to walk on my lunch break but that is it. And that only happens like once a week lol I have to get in the mind frame that any movement is better than no movement.
  • Thanx everyone! Walking around the neighbor a few times a week may be best for me. It gets me out of my crowded house and gives me free time w my new baby :) I really need to get into the habit of exercising, whatever it may be. I am new to MFP and I'm sure I will see a change in myself as the weeks go on.
  • my boyfriend ALWAYS tells me that I am perfect the way I am and that I don't need to lose weight. It's super sweet of him, but it makes me feel like he's not being supportive of my decisions. People need to realize that it isn't JUST about LOOKING good, we want to FEEL good!!
  • if u eat too less calories for too long, your body will go into starvation mode. Meaning - your body will hold on to all its fat and your metabolism will work extremely slow. When you eat again, you may gain back MORE weight because your metabolism is running low. idk about a day or 2...but i know if you eat too few…
