So....June 24th will be 1 year that I have been on MFP. Within that year I have managed to balance and maintain, work, college, family and our home life. If you didn't notice...calories or portion control is NOT something I have been able to manage.

In 9 months I have lost a merely 20 lbs. My fiance is very supportive saying... at least I didn't GAIN anything. Which is nice for him to say...and he better...but I know I have been cheating myself and his kind words don't really do anything for me. Except remind me why I love him :) But as for me....I need to get back at it. Finding time to get in the gym seems so hard, but I know if/when I make it I feel GREAT for the rest of the day. I love to cook, and unfortunately love to eat, but I hate to grocery shop, especially for clean foods that require work. Anyone else have these problems!?!?!

Finding the time and motivation has been tough...but after realizing it has been ALMOST A YEAR and I am not anywhere near my goal...I have decided to work harder. I have 3 months till my MFPanniversary and I plan to lose 15-20 more lbs. thats right...double my total weight loss!! If anyone would like to add me for motivation and stalk my diary you are more than welcome too. Anything will help :) Even just knowing that someone else is the same boat as me would be nice. It seems that everyone on here is motivated and successful. I wish that would rub off on me :)
