Live plateaued, help !!
After about three weeks using MFP I've lost 1 stone in weight which is great. I've got about another stone to go but find that this week I've plateaued in weight. I'm eating under 1310 calories a day and doing 2 miles on the treadmill each day. Please can someone advise how I can kick start the weight loss again. Thanks…

What to have at breakfast
Can anybody suggest what I can have to eat for breakfast. You can see for my diary that I currently eat Alpen (Muesli) but to be honest, getting sick off it.. I'm currently on 1310 calories a day

I've stopped losing weight ?
After a couple of weeks losing weight (5 kg) I've seemed to have plateaued. I'm staying in within the allocated calories and doing around 2miles a day on the tread mill.. Any idea how I can kick start the decline ?
