I've stopped losing weight ?

After a couple of weeks losing weight (5 kg) I've seemed to have plateaued. I'm staying in within the allocated calories and doing around 2miles a day on the tread mill..

Any idea how I can kick start the decline ?

How long has it been since you lost any weight?
a few weeks is not an issue.
in the meantime try to eat some non-processed food.
get your own veges and meat and cook them up yourself.
there are hidden ingredients in processed food and lots of salt.
    Salt is not your friend.

edit and you are not logging a lot of exercise, that should help too

Well you're not logging your exercise.. MFP sets it up so you have a deficit in your calorie intake so that you lose weight. If you burn, let's say, 500 calories during exercise and you DON'T log it, then you're putting an additional 500 calorie defecit in your day which means you're really not eating a lot.

Basically, you probably need to eat more.

You need to eat more. Men should not be eating less than 1500 calories as a man. And if you are active, it probably should be more like 1800-2000 or more. Also, you should consider weight training... its much better for fat loss. If youbwant, post your height and weight and we can run numbers to see how many calories you should consume.
