Where you're really feeling fit and thin but then you decide to step on the scale and it says much differently? Unfortunately that ruins my day. I know it's just a number. Just wanted to know if I was the only one that this ever happens to.
I get most of my calories from liquids such as coffee (I'm super addicted). If I am staying within my calorie range (when I include these calories to the ones I get from food). Does it matter that I am getting so many in a liquid form? Does my body recognize these liquid calories?
I just ordered a bottle of Irwrin Naturals triple tea fat burners. Now I realize that they most likely do not burn fat, however, I want to use them for an energy boost or possible pre workout. Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks in advance. :)
