Ive always used whey protein before and after workouts but i recently started using creatine. are there any long term effects that i should be alarmed by? ive researched it extensively and every article i find on it is very unclear about whetther its safe or not

so ive hit my weight loss goal (well 3 lbs away but good enough for me) and im starting to gain more muscle mass now. do i increase my calorie intake setting to maintain weight or gain weight?

what to do when i plateau?
Ive definitely hit a rut in my workouts. Ive been doing the same routine for about two months now and no mater how hard i train, Im seeing no difference. What do I do? I heard that its good to take a week off from lifting and start a new routine after but I dont want to sit on my butt for a week.

does it matter if i log strength training?
i noticed that if i log my strength training excercises, nothing happens and only logging cardio changes things. so does it matter if i dont bother recording them?
