How long should I workout?
Are Hiit workouts better than the normal hr long sessions on the elliptical? I actually feel much energized and accomplished after a 20-30 minute Hiit workout...I sometimes do them twice as well.

From Low Carb to Low Calorie

Body By Vi or Herbalife???
I've been hearing different things about both. I'm not necessarily looking for a "quick fix." I plan to still workout and eat right. I just need to know which one is better when it comes to price and benefits???
