gained 1kg in 2 days but havent changed my diet!?
all ive done really is lifted weights these two days (resulting in a very fudging sore body now) and i didnt change my diet too much other than more protein. Today the scale said i was 1kg heavier yet i think i look pretty much the same if not even slightly leaner O.O is that even possible to gain muscle in 2 days

i live in china and here we have fresh hawthorn berries.. no not the capsules or dried berries the actual raw fresh ones.. and NO WHERE on the internet does it say how many calories are in them.. how ever it has a ton of **** about the vitamins and fiber and what not.. so why not the fresh berries? low carb diets and carbs before excercise
if your eating say 20 grams of carbs or 30 before excercising at high intensity for energy do those carbs count in your daily "carb" count?
