so i'm 165cm and currently in recovery from anorexia (by myself) i went from 35kg to 37kg these 2 weeks with a diet of 2,000+ (and my macros are pretty good if not too high in fiber and fruit fugar) i was wondering if its REALLY necessary to stop excercising all together.. i mean isnt excercise good for the heart? and aside from having low blood pressure my heart rate is healthy at 63bpm, all my blood results are great and if not for my weight i'd actually be considered really healthy. I lift light weights almost every day but i'd really like to start running again. I've read mied views on this online but mainly every body says not to excercise at all, and i really just cant because i LOVE sport/excercise ever since i was 6 i was aalways a sporty child. It makes me feel great too.. so what aare your views on this?

To be honest I think this is something that only your doctor can answer.
But the only personal experience I have with it is when I was in an inpatient facility there was two anorexics, as they put weight on they were allowed to walk around more etc, however they were not allowed to even fidget their legs around, so I don't think it would be advised for them to exercise.
Probably depends where you are in the process though, so I think speaking to your doctor would be best.
