low carb diets and carbs before excercise

if your eating say 20 grams of carbs or 30 before excercising at high intensity for energy do those carbs count in your daily "carb" count?

    I'm no low-carb pro by any means, but I think they would still count into the daily total, if I were low-carbing it anyway.

    Yup, what he said. The whole eating back what you burn crap is just that, crap. If you're exercising first thing in the morning doing it fasted isn't bad, just eat when you're done.
