Motivational Attraction?
I find that having people on my friend list who are fit and have great bods and all that jazz tend to help keep me on track. Sort of a motivation. It's not to say that those who are in the same boat as I don't inspire me, but I feel like visualizing what you want to become makes it easier to get along. Am I the only one??

Week 1 Day 1 Complete!
So I went to the gym today and did Week 1 Day 1, and it wasn't as bad as I thought! Definitely easier for me to keep pace and push myself running on a treadmill as I tend to make excuses when I'm outside (it's 75 degrees, what if I get a heat stroke! :laugh: ). I'm gonna do it! :smile:
