Sorry, & ideas needed
Hi All, sorry my life kinda got in the way, but want to get this group back on track. So rather than me trying to suggests, dates, times, etc, let me ask for ideas first this time. So how could we come together as a Kingston Area MFP group and help each other if possible??

New(ish) Group Member saying hello!
Hello all, was given some Xenical on 10th April by GP. It was 9 months after I started losing weight & first time seeing the Doc since I moved and he was quite impressed. I use a FitBit pedometer & MFP for the foods. He offered the tablets & didn't know whether they'd help, but accepted. Well almost 1 months in and seems…

After entering park I walked along Queen's Road, Sawyer's Hill, down Priory Lane, and Dark hill to finish. Was only going to walk to Richmond Gate at top of Queen's Road, but seemed to do so well, I just continued. All…

About a month ago I posted the face pics below to show how my face had changed since I started losing weight. Well now it's time for the body shot, sporting my new smaller T-Shirt too. The Blue Pic was taken 5th September 2012, Red Pic was 9th March 2013.

Sorted this for my profile on here, but got lots of positive comments at work, so thought I'd show off here. Started 338 lbs, today 279 (60 lost) want to get to about 154 lbs or less. But loving the results. I use a FitBit & try to do my 10,000 steps a day, average since I started 30th June is 9,500+. I can't see pic…

Gym Buddy - Kingfisher, Kingston
In need of some motivation to get down my gym more often and maybe I can help someone else. So looking for someone to meet up for some gym time maybe coffee or beer :drinker: after. Probably looking for someone of a similar size so I don't go to crazy trying to keep up with you, but this isn't a 100% necessity. Feel free…

Beer / Ale calories
Seems that a well know beer listings site with calorie listings might be using 12 fl oz as a reference instead of pints. I'm waiting to hear back, but is anyone else a Real Ale drinker & noticed their weight loss has plateaued?
