2012 Has been a great year. Looking forward to 2013!
Started at a very unheathly 330lbs about a year ago. Lost 30 lbs. before I stumbled upon MFP. Lost another 57 lbs. using it. Dropped from a 44 inch waist to a 38, close to 36. Strength training.....where do I start?

I mean, I'm glad people notice the changes, but I get really irked when folks ask how the diet is going, like it's a temporary thing. I want to correct them and tell them it's not a DIET it's a lifestyle change. I'm not going back to that old life anymore! <mini rant over> Cheers
