first 3 weeks done
19 pounds in three weeks! I did not think iy would happon so quickly. I am not dieting, but what I have done is to not eat sweets and make great choices. I do not just stuff myself. I try to eat 2 meals and 2 snacks. I hope all of you can attain your goals.

first 2 weeks of the rest of my life
this week another 5 pounds for a total of 15. just logging in the foods i eat helps me from overeating. when i need additional help, i review the message board to see how you are losing weight and changing your life.

great results but I think I lost what I added the 2 weeks before when I ate all I knew I would miss.I am on track, but I know it rill be hard. I hope using these tools plus support from those of you who are trying to change your life for the better, will enable me to succeed I also hope I can help some of you along the way
