first 3 weeks done

19 pounds in three weeks! I did not think iy would happon so quickly. I am not dieting, but what I have done is to not eat sweets and make great choices. I do not just stuff myself. I try to eat 2 meals and 2 snacks.

I hope all of you can attain your goals.

    We don't call it "dieting" here, it's more of a lifestyle change. Just being able to see ALL I was putting into my mouth when my numbers added up so darned fast when I first started was pretty much all I needed to turn me into a "loser"! :laugh:
    It's ALMOST easy to lose if you watch your numbers and "work with them" through moderation, sometimes better food choices, and some exercise. :smile: :happy:
