Anyone have any experience using yoga as a treatment for depression/anxiety? I'm currently on medication, but I am wanting off them and I think yoga may be the way.

Ideas about today
Today is going to be a rough day. The only thing I have planned is a dentist appointment today. I only slept for 4 hours. While not unexpected, my relationship has ended. It all makes me want to stay in bed. tell me anything to do besides eat and stay in bed.
