Is it good to have a "splurge" day each week ? - Or is it just every so often as in once a month ? HELP!
Is the "Gazelle Trainer" considered to be under the category of eliptical trainer? It is an eliptical but you can not change resistance or anything. It is a simple, free moving device that you move using arms & legs.
Has anyone tried Nutrisytem ? & If so, did you have good results ? I was on the program when I was around 14-15 and went from 215 to 160. & Lost the rest of it on my own, without the help of nutrisystem. I remember some of the foods being nasty, have they improved?
This sounds simple but, say you eat 1,200 calories a day but you burn 400. Does that mean your overall consumption is now 800 caloric intake?
