Low Calorie intake, plus exercise?
I know that if you lower your caloric intake everything you eat is stored as fat. However, if you exercise heavily while maintaining a low caloric intake, wouldn't you lose fat?

Water Weight
My question is: what percentage of our body is supposed to be water? I quite drinking Pepsi (NOT EASY...lol) and drink water only. I'm drinking about 8 cups a day and I feel like I could float. :wink:

Dumbell Exercise
