Hello Weight Loss

Hello, Jenny here.
For the last several years I have been steadily putting on weight. I would always work out for a few days and then stop or diet and not exercise. Needless to say I wasn't loosing any weight. I'm getting closer to 40 and I need to get with the program. I know its hard to loose wieght, no matter how much each individual wants to loose. Thus the last few years of up and down on the scale.
This website has truly put me on a different path. By tracking my food intake I really am careful about what I choose to eat. The daily exercise has me feeliing healthier already. I have stopped my pepsi addiction, that was/is a tough one and replaced those cans with water. I am still battling my desire to binge on junk after dinner each night. Just wanted to Introduce myself and any friend invites would be great. I'm changing my lifestlye and I could use a little help from some friends. :bigsmile:

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for almost 4 months. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.     I've been here for 11 weeks now. Coming here was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. Like you, I was up and down on the scale for the last 2 years. I had no motivation to watch what I ate or exercise. Since I started logging my food here, I've been so motivated. I feel great.
