I see that the exercise data base has a standing one-arm curl, but I do my reps with both arms. Any ideas on how to log this exercise? Thanks :flowerforyou:

I would just double the number of sets. Example, 3 left and 3 right equals 6 sets.0

Taking a percentage of the one arm is a good way to start but I have found wearing a heart rate monitor helps to get a truer number since you may have done cardio before that would effect the results.0

Try bicep curls, that's what I did and it will give you an option for standing or sitting0
