I don't know when I'm full, or hungry???
I am really surprised by the amount that I am able to eat. I started small amounts of shakes yesterday (8th day post-op VGS) and still felt hungry. Today I poured the whole thing in the glass; 12 ozs. I drank the whole thing! Granted, it took 30 - 40 minutes, but I didn't feel full. Also, my signals for hunger seem to be…
