back into it after Gout
Hi all I had a gout attack for the first time ever 2 weeks ago it affected my knee, I've been off from exercise for some time because my knee is still very tender. Just wanted to know if anyone knew how long roughly it would take or took you to fully get back into exercise after a Gout attack. been back to aerobics but…
