Currently take fish oil, shark cartilage, Multivitamins, and D3. Any other vitamins I should take into consideration? Reasons? I notice I get muscle spasms in my feet, and sometimes my joints pop during Yoga and Pilates. It doesn’t hurt but it does feel weird.
