Vitamins

Currently take fish oil, shark cartilage, Multivitamins, and D3. Any other vitamins I should take into consideration? Reasons? I notice I get muscle spasms in my feet, and sometimes my joints pop during Yoga and Pilates. It doesn’t hurt but it does feel weird.

    I have no idea what YOU should be taking but I take b12, calcium, and a multivitamin. Might be worth a talk with your doctor if you're concerned you're not getting what you should be?
