My long run today
T-24 and counting to Columbus Marathon. I'm doing the half marathon. Today I did it! Ran 13 miles. Had to battle head winds of over 100 MPH, 3 feet of snow, a riot in downtown Columbus, traffic where cars were going high way speeds, temperatures in the upper 90s, and swim a lake full of sharks. Marathons and Half Marathons
There is 30 days to go before the Columbus, Ohio Marathon and Half Marathon. I'm running the half marathon. I ran the route last Sunday in two and a half hours. I know I can finish it, now I'm working on improving my time. Anyone running a marathon or half marathon this fall? What are your training goals to get there?
