It’s that time of the year where I hunker down and begin thinking about the goals for the upcoming year. You have to dream otherwise all you do is merely exist. The first step in achieving your goals is to write them down. Below is my preliminary list:
1. Participate in 10 marathons or half marathons.
2. Read 10 books
3. Find a job that's a blast!
4. Visit my brother and sister in Texas and go to Mexico.
5. Pay off my car.
6. Still looking for that special someone.
7. Maintain my weight of 180.
I’m still trying to finalize the list. Any suggestions? What are you goals for 2013?

This year I've actually completed 5 runs including a 10k and a half marathon. I'm in pretty good shape now and all I have to do is find 10 marathons/half marathons to run in for next year. I'm thinking of doing one in Monterrey, Mexico. I have a cousin who lives there. I've also read 5 books this year and am on my 6th. I also found a neat job this year but it's temporary and will end in February.0
