Halfway there.
When I started this I was just in the overweight range: 25.6. At the time I was 140lbs and 5ft 2in. Now I have lost 11lbs and have a bmi of 23.3. I know, it may not seem like much of a loss to many of the people who've been on this site for a while, but if I hadn't lost the weight now--it would have gotten much much worse.…

That point of time when you're stuck in *insert number here* weight? I'm finally out of it! Woke up, went to the bathroom, weighed myself, and I lost 2 pounds! Just wanted to share that I finally got out of the curve and I am back on the road to losing weight! YAY!

I ate too much Saturated Fat today!!!!!!!!!!
Help! I just ate too much saturated fat today! Is there an exercise that I can do to 'balance out' the amount that I ate today(3 grams over I believe). Or do I just eat less than usual tomorrow? Please help! Thank you so much!
