Tasty spread for bagel, oatmeal ???
Persimmons are ripe right now in my area, so-o-o Provident Pantry - Peanut Butter Powder, 2 tablespoons/14 g 70 3 4 7 Persimmons - Japanese, raw, 1 fruit (2-1/2" dia) 118 31 0 1 I mixed these two items and came up with a spread, topping, whatever. No sugar but you could add cinnamon, or some other spice for more pazz-z-z.

Someone posted a recipe for Tater tots made with cauliflower. it sounded so o o good but I messed it up with a pretty good outcome. I steamed the cauliflower-ettes till just crisp tender no seasoning, cooled and added to the food processor to make chunky mash (like oatmeal). This yielded about 8 cups (75 calories each).…
