Eating small breakfast/lunch then a big dinner
So I've heard the saying "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper." Meal plans?
Hi, I've been pretty bad at dieting and I think it's because i have too much freedom with my food. What I want is something that tells me what and how much to eat. Does anyone have any weekly/monthly meal plans they would like to share with me? I've got six months to kick butt and get into my smaller clothes again.
