how much salt is too much salt?
whenever i make my garlic chicken, i tend to simply put garlic powder, pepper, and salt on it. otherwise, it just seems to taste way too bland for me. however, am i being completely irresponsible by putting salt on it? or is a little bit for flavor no big deal?

"Naked Juice" drinks
are these drinks really as good as it seems? Because they seem relatively cheap for everything that's told to be in them. what's is there to say bad about them? Because in between juicing & naked juice, the naked juice seem cheaper & more efficient.

Too little calorie consumption?
Here's my problem. I eat around 1500 calories a day. This is eating one big meal, and then several small meals throughout the day. (largest meal being around 700 calories). How important is eating back your exercise calories?
MFP tells me to consume around 1550 a day. With the addition of burning around 750/800 a day, it's around 2300. However, I do not see how it's even possible for me to eat that much. Is it bad if I only eat about 450 calories throughout the day, then workout around 800 calories, and eat 1000 throughout the rest of the night? Should I switch it up to my big meals are BEFORE my workout? or does it not matter?
