Non-traditional exercise?
I wonder how many people add non traditional methods of exercise to their daily routine, I consider manual labor whether it be mowing the lawn with a push mower to building, digging, planting or shoveling as well as many other tasks as exercise that should be measured toward your daily goals, ids this wrong headed? HRM + FitBit
What would be the advantages of using BOTH a HRM and a FitBit or would that be overkill? Does anyone do this?

Running to Cadence
I'm not a huge fan of running but I have always been able to run with better results when running to cadence, are there recordings out there that you can download to your MP3 player to have a continuous source of cadence calls while running, I'm a military vet so that's not an option! :)

Favorite type of exercise
Curious to find out what everyones go to exercise routine is... I like free weights and good old fashioned crunches and push ups, throw in some Kenpo and unconventional cardio exercises and I'm good to go.... how about you?

Losing the winter coat.......of fat!
It seems winter is not conducive to keeping off unwanted pounds, I finished two rounds of P90X last year and took a "break" BAD IDEA, now I need to lose 15 pounds to get back to where I was, mostly just a lack of exercise I think, winter is not kind.:grumble:
