Running to Cadence

I'm not a huge fan of running but I have always been able to run with better results when running to cadence, are there recordings out there that you can download to your MP3 player to have a continuous source of cadence calls while running, I'm a military vet so that's not an option! :)

    Just google "cadence mp3 downloads." A lot of sites come up, a couple of them marine and army-specific if that helps you find your favorite.
