I did two pushups in a row, twice... Real ones. Not on my knees. When I started strength training two months ago, I couldn't even do half pushups., now look at me. SO HAPPY

Does anyone else plan their days in advance?
I've noticed it's really effective in helping me stick to my calorie goal - when I wake up, I decide what I'm gonna eat, and log it, so I know what snacks and stuff I can have on top of my meals, anyone else do this?
