I did two pushups in a row, twice...
Real ones.
Not on my knees.
When I started strength training two months ago, I couldn't even do half pushups., now look at me. SO HAPPY

Woo hoo. It is such an achievement isn't it. It's not just an improvement in upper body strength it means your core strength has really improved too.0
