I started in April last year. I've lost about 70 lbs. 54 yrs old current weight is 263. I log my food, I'm pretty careful about my eating habits, I do have a cheat meal once in awhile, but it's not like I'm drinking gravy or anything like that. Calorie difference between the same recipe
I get a lot of recipes off yummly.com and when I import them to MyFitnessPal, there is always a difference in calorie count. Can anyone explain why there is a difference and which one may be more accurate? Thanks
