I've hit a huge brick wall.

I started in April last year. I've lost about 70 lbs. 54 yrs old current weight is 263. I log my food, I'm pretty careful about my eating habits, I do have a cheat meal once in awhile, but it's not like I'm drinking gravy or anything like that. I've not lost any weight in at least a month.
I've been excercising a few days a week. Treadmill, weights, stationary bike, pickleball, etc. How can I get back on track to losing weight? My goal is still in sight, but I'm starting to hate the scale again.
Any ideas, suggestions?
Thanks

Have you recalculated your calories as you've lost weight?

Yeah...Well it's common to have weight loss stalls for a variety of reasons.

Your FOOD page can be opened for us to take a peak and see if we can spot logging problems. To do that go to FOOD > Settings, scroll down, click Public, save.

Until you do that, I would say that THIS could be your problem...

You can easily wipe out a week's worth of calorie-deficit in one cheat meal. Try to keep that cheat meal under your maintenance calories for the day OR track your calories over the week and make sure you're still in a deficit.

Also, "pretty careful" isn't Careful. It's all about the numbers, accuracy and consistency.
