Has anyone lost weight by stop drinking Diet Coke or other diet drinks?
Does myfitnesspal account for the number of calories burned for the number of steps taken in a day. For example if my fitbit says I burned a certain number of calories should I add those in as calories burned through exercise?
Are there days where you are hungrier than others, even though you are eating the same types of foods and exercising the same amount as well?
Who has had success in additional weight loss after you stopped drinking diet coke or any other diet drink?
Looking to find anyone on MFP that are trying to lose weight for a spring Half Marathon or Marathon. Interested in what you are eating, how many calories you are allowing yourself and how many you are burning a week.
Just registered to run a Half-Marathon on April 6th, need to lose 18 pounds in 6 weeks!
Just emptied a 1/2 box of Wheat Thins I bought yesterday into my office trashcan so I would not be tempted to eat them. Just throwing away the box would not work, because I would eventually pull it back out and eat the rest. :smile:
