Need help
I run 3x a week and will run at least a 5K or more I also do martial arts for a total of 4-5 hours a week. I know I need to do some weight training but I'm not sure where to start or what to do! I am thinking I could lift weights twice a week but I have no idea what to do. Is there a fitness plan out there?

Why didn't someone tell me that parmesan garlic flax seed crackers are so easy to make and so yummy? They have like 1-2 net carbs per serving and are pretty darned good!

Climbing back on
I have 'fallen off the wagon' so to speak with my weight loss. I quit keeping track of my food intake and exercise. Is there a calculator for home recipes? I have a great recipe for zucchini bread and would like to eat some, but was wondering if there was an internet site where I could put all of the ingredients in and it would tell me the serving sizes and nutritional info. Just curious.

Same 2 pounds
