Same 2 pounds

I have been losing and gaining the same two pounds for about 3 weeks now.

I generally have a protein smoothie for breakfast and then eat pretty sensibly the rest of the day. I also work out 5x a week to include marital arts and running. I am getting frustrated. I also think it could be that my water intake is not enough. Could that be a major factor?

    Hello! Water could be a factor. I reccommend a night-time cleansing tea. It kind of cleans you out and that might help with those stubborn 2 lbs. :)
  • I have experienced the same issue so I totally understand your frustration.

    Some advice from experience:
    --Drink AT LEAST 8 cups of water (personally--my weight loss stops if I am not)
    --Eat back at least SOME of your exercise calories

    It is hard to say with your diary closed but if you are eating 1200 calories a day and not eating back exercise calories, your body could be holding on to what it has because you aren't fueling it for daily activity.

    I am allotted 1400 calories a day, not including the exercise calories, and just need to drop this last 10 lbs! I will try upping the water and seeing if I can find the cleansing tea. I know once I lose these 2 lbs then the others will follow.
  • Any special brand of tea? I think this is a good suggestion. I am willing to try this also.
