Need help

I run 3x a week and will run at least a 5K or more I also do martial arts for a total of 4-5 hours a week. I know I need to do some weight training but I'm not sure where to start or what to do! I am thinking I could lift weights twice a week but I have no idea what to do. Is there a fitness plan out there?
