how does adding strength excercise work
Hi, I have tried but in vain to get the funda of adding strength excercises in the diary....I do kieser training for 30mins and that burns approx. 200-250 cals as per my instructor but when i add it to the diary it doesnt give me any addition to cals of the day because of the excercise unlike the cardiovascular excercises.…

Hi Guys, I am a little confused here...i am on a 1200 cal. diet, now when i try to eat adequate cals my carbs go in minus and when i try to keep all in sync my cals become less...the carbs to eat in a day are so less that i am not able to find a break even point.
