Just use the recipe function and enter the items individually.

The recipe tool will help you find how many cals in any sandwich.
I'm sure the food in this list will be easy to find and then it will be on your recipe list for future use

I live in the german part of Switzerland- just add in all the ingredients separately. I've added in sonnenkranz (a whole wheat brötchen) and I'm pretty sure brötchen is in the database- try it without the umlaut or the extra "e" (ie. brotchen).

    click on "food" tab.

    click on "recipes" tab.

    start a new recipe.

enter all the items individually... e.g. white roll, slice of cucumber etc etc

it then combines it all for you and tell you not only the calories but your macronutrient breakdown of that meal.

you can use is for bigger dishes too like homecooked beef stews etc. :flowerforyou:

    About 200 I'd say

About 200 just for the roll, I'd say!

Total calories will depend hugely on the size of the slice of cheese - and its thickness, and how much remoulade is in the dollop as these are the high calorie items in the sandwich. I understand that remoulade is basically mayo with mustard - is that right? and mayo is one to watch and measure carefully.

 LOL yes, hate it when that happens... next time S*****en brotchen will be better... especially if it's a brown roll rather than a white one. :flowerforyou:

359 isn't that much if that's all you had. Don't worry.
