Hi all, I am new here, just joined in!...hopefully this diet control plan will help me lose a few kilos, am not terribly fat or anything just added a lot of fat almost a big tyre round my belly :D by eating a lot of burgers and pizzas :( and now suddenly got a slipped disc due to which i have to seriously start doing something about this tyre of mine since due to this problem i cant go on jogging or any other strenuous excercises as i get pains immediately....so hoping for the best...a try on diet with this site! :D...
