Faced the fear of scale and lost 3 lbs
What a feeling to see that scale go down! I was afraid to get weighed because I had 1 off day during the last week. Falling and getting back
Yesterday was the big yearly cookout at our home. Huge buffet all day overflowing from my dining room to my kitchen.
