Faced the fear of scale and lost 3 lbs

What a feeling to see that scale go down! I was afraid to get weighed because I had 1 off day during the last week. But I got right back on track and exercised on my treadmill 30 - 40 min each day (accept that 1 day), tracked every bite and drink, drank at least 8 glasses of water a day and ....voila! I also lost 2 inches. Thanks for the support and encouragement to not let that 1 bad day discourage me from getting on the scale!:bigsmile:

I was scared a few weeks back to weigh in too, because I had royally pigged out at a barbecue. But, I did lots of extra exercising, just like you, and lost 2 on weigh in day! NICE, isn't it?! :laugh:0
