I have been on track with my eating & excersing but it seems like ever since I've started MFP I've been going A LOT less then I normally do. I feel bloated! HELP!
The average 1 hour long TV program has a average of 17 minutes of commercials, if you do jumping jacks during every commercial you can burn hundreds of calories :smile:

My calves have been super tight for 2 days. I worked thru it yesterday & did plenty of stretching. I was thinking of getting Icey Hot or something to help relieve the soreness. Does anyone else use creams? Do they work? What do you do for sore muscles??
I've heard protien shakes help after working out to heal the muscles. I dont know how I feel about drinking them. I also heard they could be a bit pricey.... Any helpful info? Do you drink them? Only after a workout, or throughout the day??
Can portion control diets help one lose weight reguardless of what they are eating?? I have been doing the Weight Watchers method, by rationing & it has been working great. I don't necessarily eat "clean" but I do make a concious effort to choose grilled chicken over fried, apples over chips, stuff like that. Moderation…
